Understand and plan.
Turn the brief and brand knowledge into a direction and a content plan, with a clear purpose for each piece.

Keep the brand.
Move the work forward.
Imece connects the work of a creative studio: understanding a brand, choosing a visual direction, planning content, producing it and reviewing the result. Specialised AI roles share that context, while the founder keeps creative direction and final approval.
An internal system used in FCW’s real client work. Not a publicly available service.
Human approval The founder keeps final approval. Work that needs revision returns to production.
A shared creative process
The name comes from imece, the Turkish tradition of people coming together to complete a job. Here, specialised roles contribute to a shared process rather than starting each creative task from scratch.
Strategy informs the visual direction. That direction informs the content plan. The plan informs the creative work, and review checks whether the result still serves the original brief.
Imece is built around how a studio actually makes decisions: explore, choose a direction, produce, review and revise.
Brand context
A brand’s voice, audience, visual language, references and approved decisions stay connected to its production work. Each new piece begins from that context.
Content is planned for a purpose and a channel. Creative directions and prompts follow the plan, carrying the relevant brand requirements into production.
That continuity matters when a studio is working across formats: the subject can change without losing what makes the brand recognisable.
From direction to delivery
Turn the brief and brand knowledge into a direction and a content plan, with a clear purpose for each piece.
Develop the copy, prompts and visuals from the chosen plan and references, rather than making disconnected outputs.
Check brand fit, factual claims and visual quality. Work that needs revision returns to production before a final decision.
A separate point of view
Imece includes independent art-direction review alongside checks for brand consistency and unsupported claims. Producing an output does not make it ready to deliver.
The reviewer brings a separate view of the work. Furkan weighs that review, sets the creative direction and accepts or rejects the final result.
The system supports the studio’s judgement. Final approval remains a human decision.
Continuity through feedback
Explicit corrections and approved decisions become reference points for later work. The context of a preference matters: a direction chosen for one campaign does not automatically become a rule for every brand.
Versions and decisions keep a usable record of what was explored, what needed revision and what the founder approved.
Imece is being developed through real studio work. Client briefs, internal methods and identifying client material stay outside this public introduction.
